These terms govern use of the hosted ViolaWake Console. The SDK is licensed separately under Apache License 2.0.

Service description

The Console lets users create accounts, record or upload wake word samples, submit training jobs, manage models, and use team features where enabled.

Your content

You retain ownership of recordings you upload and models produced for your account. You grant ViolaWake the limited rights needed to store and process that content to provide the requested service.

Acceptable use

Do not upload recordings without consent. Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, abuse, harassment, or attempts to overload training infrastructure.

Cost

The Console is a free service, subject to monthly usage limits that protect training capacity. Deleting your account does not remove your right to use downloaded models with the SDK.
